John had COPD, CHF, severe anemia, iron deficiency, insulin diabetic and numerous other conditions. He had cancer in 1996, quintuple heart bypass in 2005 and had a pacemaker put in. In no way did we believe he could be a donor. To know he will live on in several other people due to being able to donate his corneas and connective tissue means more than you could possibly know. I love and miss you so very much my husband.
